Bonnie joined the firm in 2005 and holds the title of Audit Manager. She graduated from Penn State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Before joining our firm, Bonnie worked for Ernst & Young for eight years in the audit department and afterwards as a controller of a clothing manufacturer in private industry. In addition to providing tax and accounting services to our clients, Bonnie is in charge of SLK's audit and accounting area.

Seitz, Leatherman & Kolb, LLC is a full service accounting and business consulting firm. It was formed in 1998 by Lon Seitz, CPA, CFP and Lisa Leatherman, CPA. In November, 2002 Lon & Lisa were joined by Brent Kolb, CPA, MT. Together they have over 30 years of experience and take pride in having built the firm to where it is today offering the same quality services that you find with much larger firms, but with a more personal approach. Our office is located in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, which is just outside of Lansdale.

At SLK we focus on providing personalized accounting services for medium-sized, regional businesses and entrepreneurial enterprises over a wide geographical area. Using today's technology we are able to serve our client's needs regardless of their location.

Brent has been in public accounting since 1993. His experience includes providing advanced tax planning, financial reporting, and business advisory services to for small to medium size businesses. He has extensive experience in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution (wholesale and retail), retirement plan audits and various service industries. Brent is a graduate of Ursinus College and has received his Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Penn View Christian School and Living Branches retirement communities.
