Selah House is a residential treatment center for women and teenage girls that struggle with complex eating disorders including anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. The facility is located on a private 78 acre property outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Selah House offers three levels of care for their patients including inpatient treatment, residential treatment and partial hospitalization (PHP).
Selah House is in-network with Humana and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurances. They also accept private pay and will submit benefits to most major insurance providers out of their network. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted.
