We hired Bruce to do a pre-inspection of the home we are about to put on the market. We are thoroughly pleased with the level of detail Bruce's inspection covered. Our realtor, who has been in business for over 30 years, was in shock at how thorough Bruce's inspection was. The day he came, it was cold and rainy. I figured he would probably cancel and reschedule for another day. Not Bruce. He was up on my roof in the cold wind and rain inspection and taking detailed photographs. He spent no less than an hour inspecting the exterior of my home in the inclement weather.

We inspect Tens of Thousands of items, conditions, and components. We provide very detailed reports with many descriptive photos for your convenience. (residential home inspection reports delivered the same day in most cases; commercial reports typically take 3 to 5 days).

This is performed in general guidance to the ASTM E 2018-99; "standard guide for property condition assessments: baseline property condition assessment process". We provide our clients with a general synopsis of the property conditions including types of systems/components present at the property, and obvious deficiencies and maintenance issues regarding: structure, HVAC / mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing and related components, health and safety concerns, moisture related defects, flatwork, parking areas, public areas / recreational facilities, and site drainage.
