Tim, Licensed Broker/Owner of Select Homes, has had his real estate license since 1982. Before founding Select Homes, Tim was an exceptionally successful associate broker for a large regional firm. He consistently received Monthly Production Leader status, President's Council Membership and the company's Top Residential Resale Award. Tim also served as Guilderland Office Manager and real estate trainer for a number of years. When he opened Select Homes in 2001, he brought 20 years of real estate experience to his new company. Tim's vision, to be innovative, flexible and responsive guides Select Homes.Currently Tim is the Sales and Marketing Director for a number of new home communities in the Capital District as well as serving as Principal Broker for both residential and commercial divisions of Select Homes.Tim, with his wife Mary, and their very special yellow Labrador, Morgan, resides in Guilderland.
