Select was founded in 1998 by CEO Neal Deutsch, President Anna Gardina-Wolfe, and Executive Vice President Michael Capstick. Mr. Deutsch has an accounting and finance background, Ms. Wolfe is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Mr. Capstick is a Physical Therapist. Together they bring more than 60 years of experience in the health care industry and are active in the daily management and strategic planning of the business. Select's corporate headquarters are located in Northfield, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, with regional offices throughout the United States.
