RTC Fall Protection, a division of Sellstrom Manufacturing was founded in 1972. Their products varied from Sellstrom’s offering, working as a compliment to personal safety equipment. Contributing fall protection systems, harnesses, confined space systems, and anchorages, RTC provided safety to those working at height or managing equipment in tight, confined areas. Their commitment to maintaining quality standards were highly recognized – the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) were quick to adopt the standards for the rest of the industry.

Residing in Palatine, IL for over 50 years, Sellstrom relocated to a larger facility in Schaumburg, Illinois in 2012. The new plant provides a more efficient workspace better suited for manufacturing the products we are renowned for.
