Semitronics manufactures JAN/JANTX/JANTXV Phase Control SCR's and Medium Power Rectifiers. Semitronics can also supply devices tested to Military levels or to Source Controlled Drawings. Solid State Relays and Custom Semiconductors are also available to Mil specifications.
