Our Company provides the opportunity for our clients to remain living independently in their homes by offering caring and compassionate assistance with daily tasks. The helpful services and support that we provide make a world of difference in the daily lives of our clients.My wife Mildred suffered from advance stages of Alzheimer’s and needed assistance with her everyday needs. I had been utilizing an agency in which the caregiver’s were wonderful, but I was not happy with their administrative process. For example, if a caregiver was unable to make the scheduled appointment for services no one would contact me to let me know and a replacement would show unexpectedly, in which I would have to go over the whole routine with the caregiver. In addition, there were also ongoing billing issues. When I contacted their billing office to discuss the problem, I was always directed to someone new and my phone calls would go unanswered. At one point, I requested a meeting to have a representative come to my home to discuss my billing issues. Not only was the individual a no show, but no one called to say they were unable to make the appointment. Just when I felt I was at my wits end, my cleaning lady referred me to Senior Solutions of the Treasure Coast, and I have been extremely pleased ever since! The transition to Senior Solutions has been a smooth and pleasant experience. Moreover, I had consistent caring caregivers taking care of Mildred. If a caregiver could not make it, I always received ample notice by telephone from the agency. If one of my regular caregiver’s were unavailable, Linda Marques, the owner of the agency would personally introduce the new caregiver and she herself would show them the routine. Senior Solutions goes above and beyond just being any other agency. After the untimely passing of my beloved Mildred, I myself suffered a fall and continue to utilize the agency daily. The administrative staff always makes me feel as though I am part of the Senior Solutions extended family. They visited me in the hospital, recognized my birthday and on holidays I get a visit in person or a festive telephone call. I only wish I had found this agency sooner! Linda Marques the owner, opens her home on Thanksgiving and Chirstmas which Arthur and I attend and enjoy wonderful gatherings. When my husband was hospitalized for three days Linda herself opened her home and took care of me like i was part of her family. I cannot express enough how Senior Solutions has gone above and beyond overseeing our care and making sure of our safety in our home. Both Arthur and I agree Linda is like a daughter and her office staff and caregivers are like extended family.
