Sensible Financial transacts business only in states where it has notice filed in order to be permitted to provide services or is otherwise exempt. In certain instances, a proposed transaction between the Company and a resident of a particular state may trigger the requirement to notice file in such state. In these instances, the Company will immediately proceed with submitting the necessary documentation in order to comply with all notice filing requirements in such state.
