Sensible's BOM Analysis team provides our customers with insight to the risk factors that impact their bill of materials. Our team analyzes an uploaded BOM for several factors of risk. We are able to provide our customers with insight into the original component maker's Process Change Notifications (PCNs), End-of-Life Buy Notifications (EOL), product obsolescence status and Government-Industry Data Exchange Program notices (GIDEP). That information is then reviewed by our product marketing team and compared to current market data derived directly from our day-to-day global market interaction. It is this unique combination of information that we share with our customers to give them real-world insight and recommendations for both short term sourcing solutions and when possible, alternative long term sourcing solutions that help to mitigate risk to their supply chain and prevent unnecessary redesign.

We are located in a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot facility on 3 beautiful acres of company owned land. Sensible Micro has invested heavily in warehousing, operations and test facilities to meet the growing demands of loyal OEM/EMS customers requiring the highest levels of quality, component selection and inventory management solutions. We have an opening for a full time Purchasing Assistant to join our award winning team. Industry experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We work in a fast paced, yet casual environment. The right candidate must be a team player, demonstrate good relationship building and negotiating skills, show an eagerness to learn, and pay strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, and ready to go the extra mile to get the job done.
