Founded in 1982, Sentinel began operations as a 10-person mainframe service company serving the Chicago area. Since then, Sentinel’s evolution as a company has paralleled the fast-paced information technology industry.In the later 1980s, as client/server technology advanced, Sentinel expanded service offerings to include PC support and Local Area Network configuration and deployment.By the early 1990s, Sentinel was providing leading network integration and custom application development services.
