Founded in 1989, SENTRE Partners is a real estate investment and services firm which represents a broad range of interests, from large institutions to individual investors. The name SENTRE (pronounced “sentry”) is an acronym for Stewards and ENTrepreneurs of Real Estate, and reflects a common vision of providing superlative service to investors, owners and tenants while remaining at the cutting edge of business and technology.

SPIRE Construction, LLC was founded in 2012 as a full-service general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction. With more than 25 years of expertise in the construction industry, the SPIRE team oversees exterior remodels, tenant improvements, land development, and new construction. SENTRE Partners works closely with SPIRE in order to provide owners and tenants with intelligent, cost-effective solutions for their construction needs.

Our company has extensive investment experience in office, multi-family, R&D, retail and industrial properties. Through various investment structures, SENTRE Partners has acquired and/or developed projects in Southern California and Mexico totaling more than 10 million square feet and with a value in excess of $3 billion. Real estate investments are placed with both institutional and individual investors.

She gives back to the community by working with victims of violence who are facing the challenges of PTSD as well as working with families affected by addiction. With a passion for giving our youth “real-life” skills and the tools needed to build a life of their dreams, Shawna has partnered with Dream Job University, Youth Employment Program and other organizations to provide career and entrepreneurship training. She speaks at events regarding effective communication, work/life balance, and personal development.

Mike is a second-generation San Diegan who grew up in Point Loma. His family has been involved in commercial real estate in San Diego for over 100 years. Mike is married with 3 children, and enjoys outdoor activities, coaching, and sports with his 3 children.
