Sentry Commercial Realty Advisors was originally established in Phoenix, Arizona in the early 1980's by Robert Gardner. From the beginning, our company specialized in commercial real estate sales and management while exemplifying honesty and integrity. Since that time, our company has relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and has expanded its operations to include a wide variety of commercial real estate services. Just as when we first began operations, Sentry Commercial Realty Advisors is still dedicated to providing the best commercial real estate services available. President Mr. Robert D. Gardner started Sentry Commercial over 30 years ago. Mr. Gardner was the Nevada Manager and Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management for Bank of America. His responsibilities included management of property valued in excess of $250 million which was held in trust by Bank of America. Mr. Gardner also acted as Vice President and Property Management Department Manager at Zions First National Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was responsible for overseeing the Real Estate Owned (OREO) Department of Zions Bank, which included commercial and residential buildings owned by the bank. While at Zions Bank, Mr. Gardner was entrusted with the same signing authority as the President of the bank. Mr. Gardner is a designated Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He has directed the sales, purchase, exchange, management and leasing of commercial real estate for over thirty years in Nevada, Utah and Arizona. In addition to his contributions to Nevada Management Services, Mr. Gardner currently directs and operates the 13th largest commercial real estate brokerage in Nevada.
