Legal Sequent Energy Management's legal affairs are directed and managed by the Legal Department, a services division of our parent company. The Legal Department is headed by the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and is assisted by the Vice President and Associate General Counsel. The Legal Department handles a diverse and sophisticated workload, based on the wide variety of issues that Sequent and all of its affiliates face.
