Sequoia Realty Group has been retained to provide property management services for 15W700 79th Street in Burr Ridge, Illinois. This three tenant industrial property is owned by a private family partnership. Sequoia will be providing full third party management services for the 27,000 square foot, three tenant facility. Sequoia will be working directly with ownership to improve the exterior appearance of the facility and to upgrade interior building systems, including fire and safety systems.

Sequoia Realty Group is pleased to announce that it has been retained to provide property management and leasing services for the Greenridge Shopping Center located at 2828 W. 75th Street, Woodridge, Illinois. This multi-tenant neighborhood strip center is privately owned. Sequoia will be providing full third-party management services and brokerage services for this 11,500 square foot property. Sequoia will be undertaking a property improvement program to enhance the value of the property and to benefit current and future tenants.
