Visual Packaging Group Inc. acquires Serpone Packaging Systems.  Effective October 8, 2004 the assets and inventory of Serpone Packaging Systems, Inc. have been acquired by Visual Packaging Group, Inc. Visual is excited about this opportunity to bring the innovative designs and high quality equipment offered by Serpone to Visual.  Visual Packaging Group, Inc. is a new company formed from the purchase of the assets and inventory of Visual Packaging Systems, Inc. by new investors.
