WMA is a team of professionals, focusing our processes on adding value to the security, safety and commercial construction industries. Please consider meeting our staff: Thomas A. Weidenbenner, CSI : Tom is an owner and President of WMA. He is responsible for all divisions of WMA. Tom has been licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Board as the "Qualified Manager" of a security services contractor. Tom has been active in the architectural openings industry and the electronic security industry since 1989. J. Clancy McKenna: Clancy is the General Manager of Integrated Access Systems. Clancy's 27-year background as an electrical contractor, business owner, and installation services supplier to the security industry, strengthens IAS's knowledge of internal business systems, construction processes, and the development of customer alliances. Clancy is a member of the company's Executive Management Team, and is focused on the growth and enhancement of IAS's business partnerships. Ken Becker : Ken is an Applications Engineer for Integrated Access Systems. He is responsible for CADD engineering, project estimating and special services relating to access control and video surveillance systems. Ken began work in the electronics industry in 1985 and specifically security in 1994. His system experience includes Software House, Hirsch Electronics, Amtech, Northern, Pelco, Omron PLCs, Bosch, and Radionics among others. Installation and service projects include The Ballpark in Arlington, Dallas Federal Reserve, FedEx Sorting Center at Alliance Airport, Loral/Vaught, Abbott Laboratories and Pizza Hut Corporate Offices. Matt Stephens : Matt is the Installation Manager for Integrated Access Systems. He is responsible for management of the installation process of access control and video surveillance systems. Matt brings 16 years of experience in the security industry, specializing in the integration of access control, video surveillance and fire systems. His system experience includes Software House, Hirsch Electronics, Northern, GE, American Dynamics, Vicon, Pelco, Burle, Panasonic, Bosch Radionics and many others. Mike Thistlewaite : Mike "Moto Mike" is a Territory Manager for the Manufacturers' Representative division of WMA. He is responsible for sales of architectural door hardware, doors, and electronic security systems in the North and West Texas areas. Mike has twelve years industry experience with many types of projects and applications solutions. Ray Ducay: Ray is a Regional Sales Manager for the Manufacturers' Representative division of WMA. He is responsible for sales in the South Texas and Louisiana trade areas. Ray has been involved in the commercial openings industry since 1976 in both distribution and manufacturer's sales and management roles. Matt Tolar : Matt is a Territory Manager for the Manufacturers' Representative division of WMA. He is responsible for sales for architectural door hardware, doors, and electronic security systems in Central Texas and the Valley. April Shumate : April is a member of the financial and administrative process teams of all divisions of WMA. She is responsible for accounts payable and purchasing, as well as, providing assistance to customers with order processing, quoting, product information, and service dispatch for electronic security systems. April has seven years experience with many types of projects and applications solutions. Janelle Weidenbenner : Janelle is an owner of WMA. She is responsible for the financial and administrative process teams of all divisions of WMA. Janelle has been involved in the commercial construction industry since 1990. Jamie Biggs: Jamie is our Operations Coordinator. She supports the sales and operations teams for both WMA and Integrated Access Systems. She has certifications in: Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) Information Security Awareness, Business Communication, Interpersonal Communications, Math Fundamentals, Problem Solving (Quantitative & Qualitative), Office Management, Human Resource Concepts, MS Office 2003 Fundamentals, Project Management 2005 and Computer Fundamentals. Jeff Johnson: Jeff is an Account Executive for Integrated Access Systems. He brings 8 years experience in the security industry, specifically with video surveillance and access control systems. Jeff is focused on developing customer relations and new system sales. Chris Black: Chris is the Service Manager for Integrated Access Systems. He is responsible for the management of the service process of access control and video surveillance systems. Chris brings 10 years of experience in the security industry. Seven years being Lead Service Technician or Project Manager specifically related to the integration of access control, video surveillance and parking and intercom systems. His systems experience includes Software House, GE, American Dynamics, Pelco, Vicon, Panasonic, DvTel, Fargo badge Printers, Federal APD Gates and many other Access Control Systems. Jay Murray: Jay Murray is Territory Manager for the Manufacturers' Representative division of WMA. He is responsible for sales in the Oklahoma and Arkansas trade areas. Jay has been involved in the security and safety industry since 1996. He has extensive experience in mechanical door hardware and master key systems as well as electrical access control products. Cindy Cave: Cindy is responsible for sales of architectural door hardware, doors and electronic security systems in Louisiana and Mississippi. She has 20 years experience in the door and hardware industry, both in sales and management. Wendy Smith: Wendy has 13 years experience in the restaurant supply industry, with sales and project management of major restaurant, hotel, and casino openings. She was instrumental in a multi-phase re-opening of the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in customer support. Steve Sharp : Steve is our General Sales Manager. He brings over 34 years experience in the industry to help with the overall sales efforts of the team. Steve started the Memphis, Tennessee Branch of Best Lock in 1976 and also developed the first Electronic Integration office for Best in 1987. He has had National Account sales experience and also Electronic Security Sales experience through the distribution channels and the end user side in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Kentucky and Indiana.
