I really enjoy working with a company as efficient as Service Thread. They always go above and beyond in making sure their customers' needs are met. I’ll always remember on April 4th when a customer called at 4:30 in the afternoon and was down, needing parts as soon as possible. I called Ryan, and he got the order ready and actually took it to a UPS facility so that it could be shipped that day. I really appreciated this, and our customer was very impressed!
