For the last five years we have been helping customers while we continue to adhere to our core principle: That IT is a service provider to your internal customers and our job is to help you better manage and contol those services being delivered. Pretty straightforward. What we have learned is that there are three areas of our business that clients care about; pretty simple since those are the areas that have grown. We understand that the term "Managed Services" can mean a lot of things, but, we like to keep things simple. Our clients choose to work with our Managed Services Team because they need expert help on a regular basis. This allows them to have their internal technical folks work on strategic projects while we help keep things running they way they should. We also believe that there is no one size fits all approach. That is why we created specific services for you chooe from. We even offer a help desk, asset management, patch management, and much more included in our base offering. The IT Managed Service is employeed when a client needs us to "take over" IT for them, where our Remedy and Network services are targeted to specific technology.
