Description

When you or a patient deactivates a cell phone number, the cell phone number remains in the system but will not receive any text reminders. When a cell phone number is deleted from the patient pages, an automatic email notification is sent to your office so that you can remove the cell number from your practice management system. If you do not delete the patient’s cell phone number from your practice management system, the number will be uploaded back into the patient’s account with your next upload.
