Sherry Rogers Harrison is a lifelong resident of Washington State and has been a Longarm professional quilter since 1995. She began sharing her passion for quilting with others in 1997, teaching her methods both nationally and internationally. She is an international award winning quilter whose work is published in many books, publications and calendars’. Sherry self published her first book in early 2002 she has authored 3 others since. Sherry has appeared on Quilt Central TV and was nominated by her students in 2003 for Teacher of the Year by The Professional Quilter magazine and again in 2009 by her students for Teacher of the year sponsored by Machine Quilters Expo. Sherry developed an interest for inked quilts in 2007 and developed a unique process she calls Ink-Lique’™ which utilizes permanent pigmented inks and pigments combined with Wholecloth style quilting. This technique has won her numerous prestigious awards and accolades and is creating quite an interest in the quilting community.
