Harry "Chip" Shaffer, III has over 30 years of trial experience in cases ranging from insurance claims, automobile accidents, coal mining accidents and toxic torts, to real estate, coal, oil, gas and timber matters and general business litigation. Chip received his B.S. from West Virginia University College of Business and Economics and graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1981, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review. He is a charter member and past President of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
