Besides offering "test soaks", the Yakima based company also visits the customer's home before delivery, Shannon's sets up each spa, fills it with water, and gives a simple orientation on water care . Service is on top of the priority list at Shannon's. All repair work itself is done at the customer's home. There is no third party service; all work is done by Shannon's service personnel. With a fully stocked parts department, any spa sold by Shannon's can be repaired in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable service charge. Since 1985, we have been an exclusive distributor for Hot Spring Spas and have over 2,000 satisfied customers all around Central Washington. Buying a spa from Shannon's is an educational experience. All spas are not built the same and Shannon's salespeople can truly educate you about the difference between spas.
