She has over 20 years of experience in information technology and services and has full responsibility for management of ShareDynamics that include setting strategy, making key decisions and charting overall company direction that positions ShareDynamics to better meet its business goals. Prior to joining ShareDynamics, Gail Raynus served as VP of Professional Services at VistaPortal Software, Incorporated, where she had a wide range of responsibilities, including strategy definition and successful implementation of software projects that included state-of the art peer-to-peer networks, J2EE, Java, JXTA, and XML. Before that, Ms. Raynus directed successful vendor selection and implementation of company wide Enterprise Requirements Planning System (SAP R/3). Ms. Raynus spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard Corporation Medical Systems Division, where she participated and led multiple programs in the area of order fulfillment, quality management, business process re-engineering and process automation and has received an HP President' s award recognizing her "extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction".
