A Native Virginian, Chris has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry which enables him to envision the potential for specific spaces and to identify industry players that would be best able to generate substantial revenue for landlords. Chris' expertise is in the Food Service & Restaurant industry where he had many years of experience working with both national and local concepts.

With the skills of our knowledgeable team and use of current census data, we provide, but are not limited to, demographic mapping, reports, aerials, brochures, fliers, mass mailings (print and electronic) and promotional advertising resulting in successful location intelligence and decision-making. We strive to provide our clients with all phases of custom service for unique project requirements.

Justin was born in Atlanta, Georgia but has been a resident of Florida for over 18 years. After growing up in the Tampa Bay area, Justin went off to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. Having always been open to trying new things and the opportunity for real hands on experience, it was there that he accepted the chance to attend the Florida State Fire College where he received degrees and certifications in Firefighting I & II. However, this pursuit was short lived.
