If you get an error that tells you a code is invalid, or has already been used, please check to make sure that you are entering the code in the proper location. Entering an upgrade code in a game time location will give an error that it is not valid or has already been used. This goes for all code entries if you do not enter them in the proper location. Make sure you are copying and pasting the code from the original we sent you. When you paste the code, make sure that there are no spaces before or after the code. If, for some reason, you must enter the code in manually, be aware that these codes normally do not contain one (1) or zero (0). They are the letters "I" and "O". If your code is still not working, please email support@shatteredcrystal.com with a copy of the non-working code. Some of our codes are manually typed in and have an average error rate of less than 3/10th of 1%. We will compare your code with the original. If a typo is found, we will provide you with the corrected code.
