Doug joined Shaw Construction in 2001. His expertise includes contract negotiations, team facilitation, process management and conflict resolution. Throughout his 30 years in the construction industry, Doug’s focus for customers has been to understand their needs fully, commit to providing them with service that surpasses their expectations, execute work safely with consistent discipline, nurture an outstanding team of employees and build on the relationships with strategic partners.

Clark Atkinson has more than 30 years of experience in the development and construction industry and joined Shaw in 1992. Projects under his leadership have won several national awards. Clark has led teams in the completion of projects exceeding 3.5 million sf, including complex and urban mixed-use, hospitality, office, medical, aviation, luxury estate homes and affordable housing.

To maintain a high level of performance and to provide great value to our customers, we frequently assess the stability and qualifications of our subcontractor relationships. Shaw requires all subcontractors be prequalified annually in order to receive invitations to bid for upcoming projects.

Shaw Construction is a Rocky Mountain regional builder. We have been building since 1962 and have completed more than 1,300 projects. Our passion is building the highest quality resorts, custom homes, hotels, mixed-use development, municipal structures and educational facilities, which we intend to continue for many years across the region.
