Mike joined the team in 2011 as ShawHankins' Chief Operating Officer. He comes to ShawHankins with over 25 years of managerial experience from one of the world's top five consumer product companies. His expertise includes financial management, strategic planning, project development/execution, budgeting/finance, and data management.

We provide employees and their families information to plan for and access necessary forms to enroll in sponsored or voluntary benefits. Since our applications are internet based, there is no software to install or hardware to buy. It is a customized and branded website that incorporates our client's name and logo as well as other news and events outside of the benefits field.
