In 2009, Shawmut Property Management was hired to provide management to a 204-unit residential condominium community. Since beginning our tenure, Shawmut has provided excellent service, including on-site management and maintenance staff. The Board of Trustees has repeatedly commented on the overall improvement of the site operation. While many of the improvements are measurable (service levels, financial results, etc), one of the improvements that doesn't have a tangible metric has been in our ability to assist in the improvement of the sense of community.

Matt has more than 20 years experience in broad based property management. He has a CMCA and AMS from Community Association Institute. Matthew has significant experience in capital project oversight, in 2007 Matthew oversaw over $1million in capital renovations. As a property manager Matt's focus has been on building strong and lasting community relationships, hands on maintenance and strict fiscal discipline.

Andrew has extensive experience in land development and housing development. Andrew is a member of the NHLA (New Hampshire Landlord Association) and has first hand knowledge of Real Estate operations gained through portfolio management. Andrew is a licensed Real Estate agent and a member of CIBOR (Commercial/Investment Board of Realtors).

At Shawmut Property Management, we strive to provide the highest level of management available. In doing so, we’ve established an elegant level of infrastructure aimed at giving our clients what they want when they want it. Our proprietary management software is state-of-the-art and provides financial reports with greater detail, while allowing Board members unlimited access to records. The following services are included in our monthly fee, however we can also offer a variety of specialized management functions to suit your needs.

Andrew also has extensive experience in housing placement for NHHUD and the State of New Hampshire, having worked for non-profit placement assistance.
