The physicians at Shea Ear Clinic have over 100 years of combined experience in otolaryngology (ENT). Dr. John Shea, Jr. developed the stapedectomy in 1956, as well as numerous other techniques and refinements through the 1960's, 1970's, and 1980's, and was an early pioneer of intratympanic perfusion (injecting medication in the middle ear for inner ear disorders like Meniere's disease) in the 1990's.

For over 20 years, Dr. Staffel has been successfully treating patients who struggle with obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, helping restore sleep and overall health.
