Shepard House

Description

Built in the early 1900's, our home was originally called "The Fair View House" because of the beautiful view of the valley. It was then opened as a boarding house. At the time, guests would come into the local train station and continue by coach to many local boarding houses much like ours. In 1910 the Trabulsi Family from New York bought the Fair View House and added the porch and third floor. They kept it as a summer retreat until it was sold in 1986.
