Description

We have 14 folding machines dedicated to folding envelopes 16 hours a day, 5 days a week, 51 weeks a year. We have half that number of printing presses doing the same thing. We manufacture and print a ton of commercial, or “regular” envelopes, with and without windows.

This was our first order (100,000 credit card sleeves) from Sheppard Envelope, and it was a pleasure doing business with you! The customer service rep was so helpful. She made the recommendation that we consider your Orca Laminate as an alternative, and it cost us far less to obtain the first quality product we were looking for. All of our core products are manufactured at our plant in Auburn, Massachusetts, which is a short commute from Worcester, the second largest city in New England. We use only US made materials in every phase of our manufacturing operations. This is not a new practice for us, designed to capitalize on the in-vogue PC push to Buy American. It has been our practice since our founding in Worcester in 1921.

For the retail market, we've designed and manufactured packaging for the confectioner, cosmetic, apparel, and craft industries.
