Jim has lived in Colorado for over 35 years and moved from the western slope to the Denver area in 1991. He joined the Shield Construction team in 2009 with over 25 years of service, sales and management experience. Jim’s primary responsibility is to service residential clients by identifying their roofing needs and then recommending the best solution. Jim is committed to each homeowner to assist them through the entire construction process. He is dedicated to ensuring the job is completed as smooth as possible with no delays.

Jason is a Colorado native and has been in the building and construction industry for over 15 years. He joined the Shield Construction team two years ago, bringing with him a comprehensive understanding of the construction and roofing industry. Great attention to detail and quality control make Jason a great fit for the team at Shield Construction. Our company holds very high standards for workmanship and customer service, raising the bar for Colorado contractors.

Rick is native to California but has called Colorado home for over 15 years. He is proud to work for a quality roofing company who shares his vision of quality and innovation. After 15 years in technology and corporate management, Rick joined the Shield Construction management team. Now with over 10-years experience, Rick has developed an impressive mastery in every aspect of roofing and construction.Rick maintains high visibility in the field, making him well known throughout the roofing and construction industry.
