Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in charges accrued because of unauthorized use of your credit card. Should unauthorized use of your credit card occur as a result of a purchase made through our Site, you must notify your credit card company according to the procedures outlined in your credit agreement with them. If your credit card company holds you liable for the $50, we will reimburse you for up to $50 if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the secure server to place an order on our Site.

Shield-Safety uses the information we collect solely for our business purposes. We do not sell or share personal information to third parties. However, we may provide aggregate information and statistics about our customers, sales and related site-information to our third party vendors, but this information and statistics will include no personal identifying information. Please note that we may release information in good faith as is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or protect SS's rights.
