All products come with a 1 year quality guarantee from the manufacturers. If during the normal use of your product it becomes defective, you will be issued either a replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and make note of any issues on the bill of lading they provide before the courier leaves.

Nearly all our items are custom produced for our buyers because after all, when it comes to furniture, one size does not fit all. We provide free shipping on all our merchandise, and a 1-year guarantee on all models.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you recognize that our estimated arrival times are purely estimates and we do not, in anyway, guarantee any delivery date. Manufacturer guarantees will not be honored if product defect resulted from weather conditions, this pertains outdoor furniture most likely. Gift cards are not able to be canceled. If the customers order is damaged or defective, a damage claim must be reported within 14 days of delivery and the customer will receive follow-up for that specific item, and not the other items that are not defective or damaged. If the customer is claiming a defect or quality related issue, they must notate this issue on their delivery receipt at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee the exact dimensions of our products. Due to the manufacturing process, it is possible that there can be slight differences in the quoted vs. actual dimensions. If a quality related issue is being filed after 14 days of receipt and within 1 year of purchase, you agree to bear the freight costs of transit back to our nearest warehouse facility. If our inspectors confirm there is a quality related defect, we will re-order the merchandise free of charge.
