Lumena Pharmaceuticals is a privately held, San Diego-based, biopharmaceutical company founded in 2011 by Pappas Ventures. Other investors include Alta Partners, RiverVest Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Adage Capital Management and RA Capital Management. Citi acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lumena.

We were founded in the UK in 1986 and have built our business through a number of strategic acquisitions and licensing transactions.
