Donald Perry is an experienced financial and management consultant with a wide ranging background in commercial finance and strategtic management. Currently, Mr. Perry is engaged in the implementation of an industry transformation and business attraction project for the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development and the greater Hudson Valley which he designed and created.
