Barbara received her bachelors degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of North Florida. Prior to joining the firm in 1989, Barbara had over ten years of accounting experience in private industry. Barbara is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has served as Treasurer of the St. Johns River Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael received his bachelors degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of North Florida in 1988. After taking the November, 1989 CPA examination he was awarded the Elijah Watt Sells Award with "High Distinction", awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to the top 120 candidates in the field of approximately 75,000 taking the CPA exam throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm in 1989, Michael had over 15 years of accounting experience in private industry.
