In 1997, Short Insurance Associates, Ltd. evolved into a new organization after mergers and acquisitions of various agencies. The agency employs people in Charlottesville who are licensed customer service agents who dedicate personal attention to our clients. We are a community of workers who share conviction to provide the highest quality standards for our clients.
Dale R. Bailey , Bond Manager and Commercial Account Executive. Dale's responsibilities include commercial sales and service, marketing, rating, fidelity and surety bonds, and agency data processing. He also performs functions relative to the maintenance and upkeep of the agency's local area network. Dale obtained his agent's license in 1982 and has worked with Bob since 1989. Dale enjoys collecting and restoring antique clocks and is a musician in two churches. He volunteers time with the Salvation Army in connection with his church group.
