Tim concentrates on general IP counseling, US/international patent procurement and opinions, trademarks, copyrights, licensing of technology, protection of trade secrets, and IP related employment issues. Tim represents a wide variety of clients ranging from large multinational corporations through small businesses and startup companies to independent inventors. Tim is experienced in mechanical, electromechanical, chemical engineering and biomechanical technologies and worked as an engineer for a large manufacturing company before entering law school.
