SI Partners, Inc. was founded in 1999 to provide financial and retail consulting services to the aviation industry.

Ms. Schooley has more than 25 years of business experience in the area of airport concessions and financial planning. Since 1985, Ms. Schooley has provided consulting services to large, medium and small hub airports throughout the United States, as well as a number of airports internationally.

He is well versed in leasing and contracting issues, and has experience in evaluating management approaches.

SI Partners has experience working with a variety of leasing/management methodologies that has resulted in innovative approaches to structuring retail concession arrangements. SI Partners’ focus on the “guest experience” has provided its clients with programs incorporating national and international retailers, fresh foods with creative presentations, innovative design themes and comforting amenities.
