Founded in 1959, Sierra Chemical Co. started as a compressed gas supplier in Northern Nevada. The business grew to become a full line supplier to the industrial, mining, and municipal markets in Nevada. Sierra expanded into Northern California in the mid 1990's and established a production facility in Stockton, California.

Carus Corporation’s global presence offers many growth opportunities for our nearly 400 employees in our 10 locations. While we span the country from east to west and have offices in Europe, the employees of Carus Corporation are one unified team. Through our core values, we work together in an environment that is both innovative and fun to introduce new products and technologies into the marketplace and improve and expand our current product lines to meet the ever-changing needs of our environment and our customers.
