The brother and sister team of Scott Mikkelson and Melinda Lincoln each offer over 35 years of experience dealing in every aspect of the custom window coverings field. With our years of expertise, we have the knowledge and ability to tackle jobs others just cannot or will not handle. Located in East Sacramento, we have extensive experience working in all our city's varied home styles - from Victorian to Loft - and everything in between. Although we consider ourselves to be Small Artisan Contractors, we are fully licensed contractors qualified to work on both residential and business concerns, and are registered with both the State and Federal governments as official small business contractors.
