Needed for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and the Rocky Mountain area. 10 years experience required and must have experience in engineering design, casing design, directional plans and implementation, etc. Should be familiar with cost analysis, drilling programs, completion programs, re-entry and sidetracks. Experience in MPD/UBD, horizontal drilling, coal bed methane, casing drilling, HPHT is a plus.

The successful candidate will be a top producer skilled in recruiting upstream engineering professionals. BS degree in a science-related field required. Experience in contract consulting recruiting is a must; direct hire recruiting is also a plus. Position requires a very motivated, flexible individual with strong recruiting skills.
