Description
In 1936, a local civic club saw the need for a job training facility to serve people who are legally blind in the Durham, NC area. The members of that local civic club provided the financial assistance to establish what is now known as L C Industries. As of January 2005, we have steadily grown employing approximately 700 people of which 370+ are legally blind individuals and our company continues to grow and prosper.
