The Company “Silverado” Silversmiths has been making fine western silver products since 1977. After 30 years, we continue to make only hand engraved, hand made products. We make belt buckles, saddle silver, money clips, bracelets, tiaras, and knives. We don’t do any stamped or plated items. If it says “Silverado” on it, you know it is hand made, hand engraved, and will last a lifetime. You can wear “Silverado” with pride. The Materials We use only solid sterling silver or sterling silver overlay, for our products, in a variety of gauges. The gold tones you see on the sample items could be jeweler’s bronze, or gold filled, or solid 10k gold. Gold fill and solid gold comes in three colors, yellow green, or pink. Some striking designs can be achieved by combining these colors, copper can also be used to get a pink color. 3-dimensional figures are solid silver, jewelers bronze, copper, or gold. Flat figures or brands can be any of these metals. We also have all of the birth stones, such as ruby, sapphire, or emeralds. They add some nice color to a buckle.
