S cot Andrew Silzer is a former Attorney for the Human Resources Office of the Florida Board of Regents and a former General Counsel for the University of Central Florida and Metropolitan State College of Denver. Mr. Silzer has extensive experience in labor and employment arbitrations and human resource issues. He has worked with universities and private businesses advising on complex cases.

We provide services on a worldwide basis. With the help of current technology, we are able to provide full representation for many of our clients without ever meeting face-to-face. However, it is always wonderful to actually see our clients in person.

SilzerLaw Chartered has a long history of working with colleges and universities both in their capacities as educational institutions and employers. We regularly provide workshops and seminars on campuses throughout the United States to provide professional advice to students on their important rights and responsibilities as international students. In addition, we work with international student advisors to make sure their students have correct information and assistance and with HR personnel regarding international faculty and staff. Scot A. Silzer, principal attorney of SilzerLaw Chartered, is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years experience in employment and business law and over 15 years of experience practicing immigration law. Mr. Silzer has advanced degrees in law and education. He is certified by The Florida Bar as a Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law and is a member of the American Association of Immigration Attorneys.
