To our customers, It is very important that you read our store policies, we are not able to make any exceptions to our policies. Please make sure all billing information are entered correctly when placing an order. We will cancel any orders that are suspected of fraud. Thank You. If items are available, all orders are filled within 2 to 3 business days. You can place your order online, by phone or fax. If item(s) is back ordered or delayed we will contact you the next business day from the date order was placed. All customer information is secured. Orders are processed through secure Yahoo servers. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Paypal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. REFUNDS, RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICIES: To return or exchange your order, please contact us and let us know which item(s) you will be returning or exchanging to receive an authorization number. Fill and complete the Return/Exchange form. To received a refund, excluding shipping charges, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 business days from the date UPS or USPS delivers the package to you. Returns postmarked after 14 business days will be eligible for store credit only.

Our Diaper Cake centerpieces are all custom design. These pictures are actual diaper cake centerpieces displayed at baby showers. We only use pampers brand size 1 and Johnson's baby products. By fax, email or phone; You tell us what theme you would like such as monkeys, rabbits, dogs, dinosaurs, etc. Tell us what you would like on top of the cake such as: animal, toy, doll, etc. Tell us what color(s)/type ribbon(s). You can include specialty items for additional accessories not included above such as nail clips, brush, blankets, onesies, etc. There is an additional $20 charge added for specialty items. Place your order for a 1, 2, or 3 tier cake, then fax or call us to custom design your diaper cake. Diaper cakes are shipped two days after date ordered. ALL OUR diaper cakes are CAREFULLY made with WARMTH, CARE and LOVE for YOU and YOUR BABY!!.
