In an effort to provide you with the safest and highest quality drinking water, Simpson County Water District, in conjunction with White House Utility District, uses chlorine as a safe and effective disinfectant to ensure the elimination of microorganisms in your water.

Providing you with safe, clean drinking water at the lowest rates possible is our top priority. Simpson County Water District takes pride in the fact that our water exceeds the extensive requirements set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Kentucky Department of Natural Resources. Each year, Simpson Water publishes a Consumer Confidence Report to provide you with detailed information about your water quality. Every day, Simpson Water helps customers with water-related problems and emergencies. Our on-call personnel respond to emergencies 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.� Should you call us or a plumber? Our on-call personnel are available whenever you need them. However, there are some problems that require the services of a licensed plumber and not Simpson Water.� As shown in the diagram below, Simpson Water is responsible for all facilities that lead up to your water meter, including the water meter. All water lines and plumbing past the water meter are owned by the customer and are the customer's responsibility. If the problem is on the "customer's" side of the meter, a plumber will need to resolve the problem.� We're here to help.
