Sims Realty is a family owned company. Its owners, Hugo and Cal Sims, are Orangeburg natives. The Sims brothers have been selling Orangeburg real estate and Orangeburg homes and farms for over 25 years. Hugo and Cal offer a tour of homes and a tour of Orangeburg to all newcomers to the area.
A real estate transaction is stressful, but we lower the stress level by closely working with the client. We educate the client on what to expect, we suggest ways to make the home more marketable, we keep the client apprised of market conditions, and we provide feedback from showings so the client can make adjustments if needed. We handle the details that arise from this complicated transaction. From structuring and negotiating the contract to coordinating with the attorney, the lender, the inspectors, and the other real estate agents, we are at the client's side each step of the way.
